To the members of the Newcomb Knolls Association Trust (Abby Road HOA):

Our meeting will be virtual via the online forum. This will allow us to have trackable and responsive discussions on each individual item of the meeting:
Chairman’s Message
Treasurer’s 2020 Report
Budget item: Landscaping
Budget item: Insurance
Budget item: Road Maintenance
Legal
Trustee Election
Dues Request
If a resident wants to comment or ask a question, then the resident must register onto the forum. If you do not want to comment, you can still read all the discussion as a guest. The Trustees will monitor the forum and answer questions.
PLEASE NOTE: When you register, you will NOT be able to Log In until you receive a confirmation email from noreply@forumotion.com and click the appropriate link. We have seen this email take 90 minutes(!) after a registration - so please be patient. Also, you may have to check your SPAM filter.
Several Neighbors have repeatedly suggested/called for a Zoom meeting to supplement the Forum process. The Trustees feel the Forum process provides the best way to accommodate participation by all the Owners under the current COVID 19 environment. We do not oppose a committee of Neighbors supplementing this process with a Zoom meeting and have requested help from those Neighbors who clearly feel that a Zoom meeting is needed. Unless one or more of our Neighbors want to take on the task of helping arrange a Zoom meeting for the weekend of 10/31 as suggested, the Trustees will proceed with the plan to use the online Forum. If any Neighbor needs help in accessing, registering, or using the Forum, please let us know and we will help you.
The schedule:
1.Today marks the opening of the meeting and comments and questions should be made in the Forum. The Trustees will monitor the Forum.
2. The Forum will close 10/28 and Greg will email voting instructions with a deadline of 11/7.
3. If the residents who want a Zoom meeting still require it, the Trustees ask you to form a Zoom Committee to setup, announce, and administer a Zoom for the weekend of 10/31. The Trustees will participate (as long it does not interfere with the Patriots-Bills game on Sunday) and any resident can join in.
Thank you for your participation,
Your Trustees
